There is a saying in our industry which states that "the investment in staging is always far less than your first price reduction."
So here's how property staging with Inner Beauty works...
Step One: The Consultation
For a fixed fee, Inner Beauty Home Staging will visit your property for an initial consultation. This is an extensive evaluation of the home inside and out, which usually takes 1-2 hours depending on the size of the property. Before we leave, you will receive a detailed report of recommendations addressing all areas of concern. This will include extensive suggestions to draw attention to your home's positive features, while downplaying what is less desirable.
An average consultation is approximately $200+GST, again depending on the square footage of the house.
This includes prioritized recommendations on landscaping and curb appeal, painting, furniture placement, lighting and accessories, and identification of items for cleaning, removal or repair.

Step Two: The Preparation
You now have several choices depending on your budget and how much or how little you wish to take on yourself. Preparations may include such things as:
- Minor repairs
- Pre-packing of identified items
- Cleaning
- De-cluttering and editing
Option 1: You can implement all of the recommendations on your own. For this option, we suggest you enlist the help of family and friends.
Option 2: We can work together, each sharing a portion of the tasks.
Option 3: Inner Beauty Home Staging can undertake the entire project from start to finish.
Step Three: Staging and Showcasing
This is the most important step which is often overlooked by homesellers.
Once step 2 is completed, Inner Beauty Home Staging can then "showcase" the property, creatively enhancing your home's best features by applying proven staging techniques, using existing accessories and furnishings and/or by bringing in some new or rental items if necessary.
The end result will be a property which has been transformed, which will stand out from the competition and one which buyers will connect with and be able to imaging themselves living in.
Fees for Steps Two and Three will vary depending on the extent and scope of work to be undertaken. We will provide a comprehensive written quotation once you have selected your option.
